COTTER EMPLOYEE ALERT

If you were employed at or contracted by Cotter Corporation

between the years of 1957 and 1974 or if you are a surviving

spouse or heir of an employee or contractor who died of certain

specified illnesses, you may qualify for $150,000.00 available

under the EEOICP (Energy Employees Occupational Illness

Compensation Program). The list of illnesses is lengthy.

 

This is a Federal program administered by OCAS (Office

of Compensation Analysis and Support) under NIOSH

(National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health).

 

Application forms, as well as assistance in filling out those

forms, are available.

You will have to know the years of employment and

Cotter’s Atomic Energy Commission license number.

That number is R-197 dated February 14, 1954.
